   Hello John,

   I’m the “savvy” guy that you commented on in the web and to demonstrate my “puritan ethics” I want to keep this private between us rather than cause any discomfort in public.

   I was first licensed by the state of CA in 1987 and recently gave up the license to avoid any hinderance or limitation that may be associated with the state license.

   I am and have been the most trustworthy RE agent and all my business was “word-of-mouth”………I’m sure you understand the concept. Today, I do whatever I can legally do to help folks acquire their home or help anyone who can benefit from my knowledge and expertise.

   I know that the idea of an “honest” person is very far-fetched in this day & age, however, I just want to let you know that some of us still adhere to old-school honesty and I encourage all professionals do the same………..whether they are licensed or are private savvy folks.
